Royal 35’s impressively high ceilings, mahogany wood walls, and dark leather tufted banquets create a rich yet inviting atmosphere. Behind the grand wooden door entrance, is an oak wood bar followed by a corridor lined with oversized circular banquettes. Wine bottles adorn the walls all around the restaurant and an impressively large glass meat locker is on display.

Alfred Cetaj has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, He has managed some of the world’s most recognizable steakhouses such as Monkey Bar, Strip House NYC and Mastro’s Steakhouse. Alfred has taken his unparalleled experience in the steakhouse world and combined his own unique vision to create Royal 35 Steakhouse.
Our steaks are USDA Prime certified black Angus beef. Managing Partner, Adam Sinanaj, explains that dry-aging is achieved by leaving the meat to age at Royal 35’s own dry-aging box for 30-35 days, under temperature and humidity control and in the presence of Himalayan salt blocks, resulting in a more tender and juicier steak invoking unique, meaty flavors.
With over 48 years of experience behind the bar, Royal 35 welcomes head bartender and partner, Sherif Nezaj. Sherif started bartending in 1969 at Mamaleones where he served regulars like Frank Sinatra and Joe Namath. From there, he bartended at the notorious Sparks Steakhouse in NYC from 1979-1984. Sherif then opened Il Monello Restaurant, an upper east side Italian favorite, which he managed and owned for 22 years. Following the close of Il Monello, Sherif went back to the steakhouse world where he was head bartender at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for the last six years. Now he joins the Royal 35 team behind the bar full-time.
Featuring a mahogany wall, dark leather banquets, a wine wall and a gorgeous fire place, the Main Dining Room can seat up to 90 guests. The Royal Room, overlooking the Main Dining Room, also holds up to 30 people and is perfect for any intimate or social event such as a birthday, lunch/dinner, wedding reception or corporate meeting.
